Where Ive been for 2 years?

Hi guys, back again after a 2 year gap from the Club & Pub circuit. During 2004 to 2006 I became very ill and was unable most of the time to fulfill gigs, I was getting worried and agents and clubs were getting very frustrated.

I had a colesterol level of 31 (Yes 31 should be 4 - 6 ),

Lipidemia index (fats) in the blood of 167 ( should be between 2 - 4 )

Diabetes was so uncrontrolled I had to take a Vial of insulin a day

Ballooned up to 20 stone 4 lbs, and my blood pressure went through the roof. I Spent nearly 9 months out of the 2 years in hospital, it ended with me having a groundbraking operation on my stomach, intestin Bowel & Liver. The operation was called a Billius Pancreatic Diversion with Diadumal switch (what! lol), after the operation I was no longer Diabetic, my blood fats went own to 2, collesterol is now 4.7 and my weight has dropped to 12 stone 6 lbs. Yep ive lost 8 stone in 1 year, it led to another complicated gall bladder op, but 6 monsths on from that Im now feeling 90% and getting fitter all the time.

Im back out on the road and loving it more than ever, Ive missed it so badly, after 18 years of singing to stop for 2 years is very strange. So no more X factor or saturday night TV for me its gigging all the way again.
